My story
I started in mortgage banking in 2010, working inside one of the big national lenders. I was good at it — but I watched, deal after deal, as great families got declined for loans they should have qualified for, simply because they didn't fit that bank's narrow box.
In 2017 I went independent and never looked back. As a broker, I have access to 100+ wholesale lenders — each with their own underwriting niche. Self-employed? I know the lender for that. Bank statement loan? I have three. DSCR investor file? Done it a hundred times.
Today, Dream House Loans is licensed in Colorado, Florida, and North Carolina. I've funded over 1,000 loans, but more importantly, I have clients who've been with me for three, four, five home purchases. That's the relationship I'm here to build with you.
